An internal platform for NSW Traffic Control that automates a lot of their back-office work: turning incoming work orders into structured data, handling the document processing and filing around them, and giving the office one dashboard to manage it all.
It's a Python and FastAPI backend with a Next.js admin interface, self-hosted and private. The goal was to replace a pile of manual, repetitive admin with something reliable the team can lean on day to day.
Internal client work, so there's no public link.
