The public website for NSW Traffic Control, a traffic management company operating across New South Wales. It covers their services, lets visitors request a quote through an interactive calculator, and includes a job board where applicants can apply with their documents.
Content started out in Strapi and has since moved to a split by how often it changes. Service pages, jobs and case studies live in Keystatic, a git-backed CMS the client edits in the browser, and the blog runs on Sanity with draft previews. Quotes, contact messages and job applications land in Supabase Postgres (through Prisma), with uploaded files in Supabase Storage.
The forms carry most of the weight, so most of the care went there: spam protection and honeypots, length caps instead of keyword filters that rejected real messages, signed webhooks for email delivery events, and no personal details in the logs. Admin endpoints sit behind bearer-token auth, and Playwright covers the quote flow end to end. A Claude-backed assistant for answering questions and capturing leads is built in, currently switched off behind a flag.
